To return or exchange an item, please email info@will-lane.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Upon receipt of your email, we will email you our return address and further instructions.

Please note our guidelines below:

• All original hangtags must be attached.
• Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered.
• Original outgoing shipping charges are not refundable.
• All sale orders are final sale. 
• Items are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to deny unreasonable returns and exchanges. 

Once we receive your return package, we will process your refund or exchange for all eligible, inspected, and approved items.
